I can't get the heater controls to switch from the windshield to the vents or floor. All it does is blow at the windshield. When I push the buttons they don't seem to work. They move too easy. Is it a vacuum problem or is the control panel bad?How to make the heater control switch to change in my 1988 Chrysler Fifth Avenue?
could be either or both. the control panel is vacume operated.
