How do license plates and registration work in Massachusetts?
I'm just curious. Here in New York, we don't sticker out plates, we have an every two year or bi-annual sticker to change on our windshields (inside of course). I've just seen some Bay State plates and I'm wondering how does changing the stickers on those things work, you need a new plate every so often?How do license plates and registration work in Massachusetts?
